The menus below are options for our 2008/9 season, if you are booking the whole chalet please let us know which options your group would like during your stay. All meals are cooked in the chalet by us so we can be flexible and add in anything you would particularly like or remove anything you don’t! Just let us know on your booking form.

We know that some children can be difficult when it comes to meal times so please review the options and let us know in advance if there is anything else we should get in, so meals go smoothly. If the children are happy you can relax so that is our aim.

Thai Prawns with red and green peppers

Spatchcock Lemon Chicken, roast potatoes, squash and leek gratin

Apple and cinnamon hot cakes with ice cream

Vegetarian: Leek and goats cheese tart

Children: Sausages, chunky chips and beans, Apple hot cakes with ice cream.

Tuscan Vegetable soup

Pierrade (cook your own meat etc on a hot plate) with chips and salad

Lemon mousse

Vegetarian: Pierrade

Coq au vin with baked potatoes and haricot vert

Bread & Butter Pudding

Vegetarian: Stuffed peppers with rice, currants and peanuts

Children: Roast chicken with roast potatoes, broccoli & carrots Ice-cream & fudge sauce

Confit of duck, haricot blanc, spiced red cabbage.

Apple Tart tatin

Vegetarian: Mushroom Risotto

Children: Beef-burgers with chips and sweet corn. Fruit platter with chocolate fudge sauce
